A shame ! Aggressive and visibly very alcoholic managers, expired drinks (since 6 months) and more than questionable sauces!! Not to mention the bill which didn't add up to anything. In short, everything is in the image of the managers! Catastrophic. Starting tomorrow, I will contact the DGCCRF who will be able to verify my statements. This kind of thing is intolerable in a resort like Valberg.

I wanted to change restaurants and was unpleasantly surprised. I will only talk about the restaurant because I did not book a room. High value for money. 16€ for a shepherd's salad composed of 4 very small honeyed goat's cheese toasts, 3 quarters of tomatoes (which only had the color) and salad, salad and salad (usually, there has raw ham and mushrooms), and €16 for a mountain salad with a little more consistency with potatoes. Then €9 for a tiramisu with a spoon biscuit cut in half, too much cream and a little whipped cream (too bad I forgot to take the photo). To end on a positive note, we were treated to hello and good evening. To follow up on your answer, I stayed 4 days in Valberg and I drank tap water and syrups in various establishments without having caught gastro (I may have been lucky). Otherwise, do you wash your vegetables and make ice cubes with bottled water? (I doubt) Noisette may be at home, but I find that hygiene-wise it's not great (that's just my opinion). A piece of advice since the kitchen is not closed, speak less loudly, you can hear the conversations. Finally for 50€ for 2 I will try my luck elsewhere as you suggest. Cdt.
